Military Messengers
Date: 08-08-2008

We are mounting this very special display on the Village Green with BFPO and Stamp and Coin Mart. Will be a good enough reason on its own to visit Stampex.

You can get a copy of the 48 page magazine describing how miltary mail is moved. Plus a unique e-bluey postcard, your covers signed by WW2 code breakers and a chance to win a limited edition Terence Cuneo print. This and entry is all free. And there will be much much more. Must be the collectors bargain of the year.

Recommend that you advance order your BPPO covers though.

Going to the Cricket
Date: 08-08-2008

Last few sheets of the MCC "Going to the Cricket" stamps left.

As these have only just gone onto the Lord's website they should disappear very soon.

This has been a very popular sheet and considered by many to be our best. Will also be a museum piece at Lord's. Means you really do have a piece of official cricket history from the home of cricket.

FDC 109/109a/110
Date: 08-08-2008

FDC 109 was oversubscribed and completely sold out very quickly. FDC109a single stamp version also selling fast. FDC 110, same cover but with RAF uniform stamp issue and cancel likely to sell out before issue date.

View these and BBMF aircraft covers the Historic Aircraft gallery. Complete sets are likely to be very rare and this is probably the last chance to acquire one.

Following the presentation at Lord's on 25th June 2008 the whole Indian sub continent knows about Bletchley Park Post Office.

Follow the link below to read a typical piece appearing about the commemorative cover we issued for the occasion. You will also find photo's of the day in our gallery photo album.

And this is only the beginning of some very special plans we have to cricket and cover collectors.

Now is a very good time to buy up the remaining stock and get on the advance list for 2009.
